  2. Cut the tops of the bread rolls, scoop out the centre and go around the edge with a knife to get rid of excess bread..

  4. Crack in the egg.
  5. Top it with 2 tsp of mozzarella cheese.
  6. Put the top back on each roll, wrap in foil and place in the oven for 10 ~ 15 minutes. ( 10min ~ runny yolks, 15min ~ firm yolks).
  7. Remove from oven, unwrap immediately and serve :).
