- Take a mixing bowl. Dry mix all the ingredients one by one with your fingers very well (from top to bottom & vice versa) for 2 minutes. Then slowly add water little by little to have the required consistency, not too thick and not too thin (idli batter consistency)..
- Once your batter is ready, at this point, add the beaten eggs, if you want to or else leave it as it is for 10 minutes. Flattened the batter on the hot oiled Tawa in a circle, with the help of your spatula. Flip it once the bottom side is done. Can add oil over the edges if required. Flip it again once or twice till you get the required texture..
